The Purpose of Petrographic microscopes
Geologists, especially those specializing in petrology, heavily depend on the use of petrographic microscopes to observe and analyze the various properties of rocks, some of which are not visible to the naked eye.
With the help of petrographic microscopes, geologists are able to study the formation and history of rocks in a certain area.
